Rules
Our house is located in a small, quiet village. We therefore ask you to respect the neighbourhood. The house is equipped with furniture and personal objects, please take care of it so that the following guests can enjoy it as much as you do. Pets are not allowed. During dinners on the terrace, please reduce the noise of the conversations after 10 pm. - Parties are strictly forbidden inside and outside. We provide sheets and towels. You will find the house perfectly ready on your arrival and the beds made so that you can enjoy your stay from the first minute. On your departure, we thank you in advance for removing the sheets from the rooms you have used and for putting them in the basket in the bathroom (with the exception of the undersheets and the bedspread). Please take out the rubbish bins and empty bottles before you leave. the bins are located near the car park. Please turn on the dishwasher when you leave.
For smokers: please only smoke outside.
General sales conditions
Article 1: Application of the general conditions of sale. The following conditions apply to any reservation of one of our houses made directly by internet via the website www.vacancesdecharme.fr, or by telephone, email or post. Any reservation necessarily implies your full acceptance of these terms and conditions. For all bookings made through an online centre (Abritel, booking, airbnb, Expedia...), please consult the different General Sales Conditions directly on the merchant website.
Article 2 : Reservation. Prices are per night, per place and without breakfast. The client making a reservation is irrevocably bound to accept these general terms and conditions of sale and the reservation cannot be called into question except in application of article 2. All reservations must be guaranteed by the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay. Credit cards accepted are : Eurocard, Visa and Mastercard. This will be deducted from the invoice at the time of departure. The balance will be automatically deducted from your initial payment method 2 weeks before your arrival. All promotional offers are payable at the time of booking and cannot be changed or refunded in the event of cancellation. Reservations are made per house, i.e. per holiday location. The houses are available from 4 pm onwards and must be vacated by 10 am at the latest on the day of your departure.
Article 3: Cancellation and interruption of stay. All consequential costs are due. Any reservation by the client that has been confirmed by SAS Vacances de charme reservation services by email, corresponds to the opening and processing of the client's file. Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing or by email. The cancellation conditions are as follows: In case of cancellation up to 21 days before the arrival date, only the 30% deposit will be retained. In case of cancellation 21 - 0 days before the arrival date, 100% of the total amount will be charged. For promotional stays, short stays (Ascension/Pentecostday/Long weekends in May and Easter/Toussaint/Christmas holidays...) the balance is due at the time of booking, the amount is non-cancellable and non-refundable for any reason whatsoever. In the event that the holiday is interrupted for any reason whatsoever beyond the control of SAS Vacances de Charme, the client will not be entitled to any refund. To cover this eventuality, we recommend taking out a travel insurance. In case of early departure, the full amount of the initial stay will be charged as compensation without any other form.
Article 3.1: Cancellation of a special COVID-19 stay. Cancel your stay (excluding administration costs) for reasons related to the Covid-19: -confinement and restriction of movement imposed by the government, -quarantine, in your city or country of origin imposed by the government, -closure of the department where our houses are located reserved for health reasons. These measures must be in force on the dates of your stay. Your deposit will not be refunded if you test positive for Covid-19. In this case, please refer to article 3.
Article 4: No-Show. If the client does not show up on the day of arrival, the total amount of the reservation remains due.
Artcile 5:Any change of reservation is possible free of charge up to 3 weeks before the date of stay. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the houses, therefore, in case a modification is not possible, the client will have to accept the original reservation or will be subject to the cancellation conditions according to article 2 if he wishes to cancel his reservation.
Article 6: Rates Rates are quoted inclusive of all taxes in Euros. Subject to change without notice. The tourist tax (4%) is to be paid on site. The price does not includes the cost of cleaning (85€) Sheets and towels are provided. A deposit of 300€ is payable at the time of booking and will be refunded after your stay.
